Model Cancellation Form

This is the model cancellation form prescribed by Part B of Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013). You may use this form to exercise your right to cancel a distance contract, but you are not obliged to do so — any clear statement of your decision to cancel (for example by email) is equally valid.
Marketplace traders: CleanerPal (CLEANER PAL LTD) is the platform trader for your distance contract to use the marketplace and payment services. Your independent cleaner is the service provider who performs the cleaning work. Send this form to CleanerPal at the address below to cancel your platform contract. In the description field, include your booking reference and the service provider's name if you are cancelling a specific cleaning service.

How to send this form
Complete the form above, then send it to us by post to the address shown in the form, or by email to support@cleanerpal.com. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
You can also cancel through your CleanerPal account dashboard where available, or by any other clear statement setting out your decision to cancel the contract.
