One place to find a reliable cleaner

CleanerPal.com is a newly launched platform that's changing how people find reliable cleaners — with transparent profiles, secure payments, and fair dispute handling.

Why we built this

If you've tried hiring a cleaner through Facebook groups or local recommendation threads, you've probably seen the same stories again and again — and maybe lived them yourself. Some people try two or three cleaners over years and end up giving up entirely.

Real posts from local groups — every week

Facebook post from Zeenath Jackson asking for a reliable fortnightly cleaner recommendation
Community post from Caroline Nesbitt requesting a deep clean before moving into a house in Belmont
Job post from Freya Mcilroy looking for a professional cleaner across Belfast and Holywood
Facebook group post frustrated about cleaners leaving an hour early despite being paid for three hours
Community post from Chloe F asking for recommendations for a one-day deep clean including carpets and appliances
Community post from Matt Donaldson asking for cleaner recommendations for a couple of hours a week
Community post from Amanda Andrews seeking a domestic cleaner for her mother in north Belfast
Community post from Andy Beat looking for an independent cleaner for a deep clean in Newtownards
Facebook post from someone looking for a cleaner for a two-storey house
Facebook post from Tori Wilson asking for a cleaner in Bangor who has availability for weekly two-hour cleans
Facebook group post asking how much a weekly cleaner costs for a three-bedroom house in Newtownards

No ratings, no availability, no accountability — just hoping someone trustworthy replies. That's why one place to compare real reviews and book with confidence makes sense.

  • You pay for three hours, but the cleaner leaves early and insists the work is done — with no fair way to get time or money back.
  • Tasks you agreed upfront are skipped or half-done — even things the cleaner said they would cover in the time you booked.
  • The same disappointment repeats with cleaner after cleaner: paid for three hours, got two, and still not what you asked for.
  • Serious issues — damage to your home, jobs left unfinished while you're away — turn into stressful arguments about whether you should pay at all, with no proper process to follow.
  • When something goes wrong, you're left wondering whether you're being unreasonable, because there is no neutral platform to step in and resolve it.
  • You scroll through dozens of posts hoping someone trustworthy will reply — with no ratings, no booking record, and no accountability if it doesn't work out.
  • Eventually you stop trying altogether — not because you don't need help, but because finding someone reliable who actually does what you ask feels impossible.

Hiring a cleaner shouldn't feel like a gamble. That frustration is exactly why CleanerPal exists.

Instead of scrolling through random Facebook groups or asking for recommendations in local chats, customers can now book trusted, independent cleaners through a dedicated marketplace built specifically for this service. Every cleaner on the platform has a public profile with ratings and reviews from real customers, so you can see exactly who you're hiring before you book.

What makes CleanerPal different

We protect both sides of every booking:

  • Payment is held securely and only released after the customer leaves a review — or automatically after 12 hours if no review is submitted. If a cleaner leaves early or the job falls short, you have a clear window to raise it before money is released.
  • This built-in window gives enough time to raise any issues — unfinished hours, skipped tasks, poor quality, property damage, no-shows — which are handled fairly through the platform's dispute system, not awkward back-and-forth in a group chat.

For customers

Get reliable, vetted service with real accountability and protection — not a gamble from a random social media post.

Think of it like Airbnb for cleaning: you wouldn't book an apartment through a random Facebook post when there's a trusted platform built for exactly that purpose. CleanerPal brings the same professionalism, transparency, and trust to the cleaning industry.
