How do I book a cleaning service?
Simply search for cleaners in your area, select your preferred service and time, and book directly through our platform. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Are all cleaners verified?
Yes. Every cleaner you can book has completed identity verification and been approved before they appear on CleanerPal. Cleaners must hold their own valid public liability insurance; only profiles with a verified certificate on file appear in search and can receive bookings.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Contact us within 12 hours of completion if you have an issue — we will work with you and your cleaner to find a resolution. You can also raise a formal dispute before funds are released to the cleaner (within 12 hours of completion).
How do I become a cleaner on CleanerPal?
Sign up as a cleaner, complete your profile, upload required documents for verification, and once approved, you can start accepting bookings. Eligible cleaners may receive a trial period—contact us to learn more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. All payments are encrypted and secure.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel bookings through your dashboard. Please check our cancellation policy for any applicable fees.
